Helping mission-driven organizations build cultures where people can do meaningful work—without sacrificing their wellbeing.

Your organization's mission depends on healthy, engaged people.

Work Well Now partners with nonprofits, public health agencies, healthcare organizations, and other mission-driven employers to reduce burnout, build resilience, and weave practical wellbeing into the workday—so your people can continue serving others without losing themselves in the process.

Work Well Now

Your people care deeply about the work.

That’s exactly why they’re exhausted.

The people who dedicate their lives to helping others often put themselves last.

Over time, stress becomes chronic. Burnout becomes normalized. Compassion fatigue grows. Great employees leave. And the people who stay often believe caring for themselves is selfish—or something they’ll get around to “when things slow down.”

But meaningful work should never require sacrificing your wellbeing.

Your team deserves a workplace where people can thrive while making an impact.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Azia.

I created Work Well Now because I’ve lived the reality of working in fast-paced, mission-driven environments where urgency often comes before wellbeing.

Like so many professionals in helping fields, I spent years pouring my energy into serving others while putting my own needs last. That experience inspired me to study nervous system regulation, mindfulness, breathwork, and sustainable self-care—not only for myself, but for the teams I now support.

Over the past several years, I’ve designed and facilitated workplace wellness experiences within a mission-driven nonprofit, helping teams build practical skills for managing stress, regulating their nervous systems, and preventing burnout through meditation, breathwork, EFT tapping, and seated yoga.

These recurring wellness experiences have become part of an ongoing effort to foster a healthier, more sustainable workplace culture—demonstrating that wellbeing can be woven into the workday rather than treated as an afterthought.

My experience also includes:

Facilitating wellness experiences for conferences serving professionals and families in the child welfare sector

Leading restorative wellness sessions for organizational retreats

Serving on—and later chairing—a workplace Wellness Committee

Creating a guided wellness journal focused on nervous system regulation

Developing Feel Good Movement™, my signature method combining intentional movement, breathwork, hydration, and affirmations to help release stress stored in the body

As a certified wellness specialist, breathwork facilitator, and mindfulness guide, my mission is simple:

Helping the people who are helping the people.

Why Work Well Now?

Most workplace wellness programs ask employees to add one more thing to an already full plate.

Another webinar.

Another wellness challenge.

Another app they’ll never open.

Another initiative that fades after a few weeks.

Work Well Now is different.

Rather than treating wellbeing as another employee benefit, we help organizations build cultures where wellbeing becomes part of the way people work.

Through practical, evidence-informed experiences, your team learns simple tools they can use throughout the workday to regulate stress, build resilience, and care for themselves while continuing to care for others.

Because sustainable wellbeing isn’t something people do after work.

It’s something they experience during work.

Imagine the Difference

Without intentional support…

Burnout continues to rise.

Compassion fatigue becomes part of the culture.

Employee engagement declines.

Turnover increases.

Leaders and staff operate in survival mode.

People spend their time off recovering instead of living.

But when wellbeing becomes part of your culture…

Employees feel energized instead of depleted.

Leaders model healthy, sustainable success.

Teams communicate with greater empathy and resilience.

People leave work with energy for the people waiting for them at home.

Your organization retains talented people who feel supported, valued, and connected to the mission.

When your people thrive…

Your mission thrives too.

Grounded in Real Workplace Experience

Work Well Now isn’t built on theory alone.

It’s built on years of supporting real teams in mission-driven workplaces.

Testimonials

"Zi always encourages me to listen to my body in our sessions and that has developed into a way of life for me. When my body speaks I listen - I don’t care if I am in a board meeting. Taking care of me is first priority - I do not have to sacrifice me for others - there is balance! Thanks Zi!"

- Falomi L.

"Zi is a portal of self-love and is an embodiment of the integrated divine feminine. Her energy is warmly inviting and created a safe space for me to dive deeply into my self-love. I walked into the session with so much density. I walked out feeling lighter and energetically charged with subtle yet empowering energies. She facilitates her sessions with so much compassion which allowed me to feel gently supported during my healing process. I highly recommend her work."

- Jeremy G.

"I felt the genuine & caring feelings from Azia in wanting to help me in my healing journey. After my session, a burst of energy was pouring out of me & I felt relieved of many energies that have been stuck in my body! I truly appreciate her sessions, and I'm definitely eager to see my growth throughout time while being guided by Zi"
